Recommendation
Take 2 capsules from each bottle at mealtimes, or open the capsules and mix with hot water or tea. This is equivalent to 1 packet of Quinary Powder (or 10 capsules of Quinary). It is a strong and effective dose, and can be reduced by half if needed.
